Year 1863
The company was formed by Britishers on 31st March 1863 by the name of “Dehra Doon Tea Company Limited”.
Year 1896
The Registered Office of the Company was initially situated at Calcutta. The Registered Office of the Company was shifted from Calcutta to Dehra Doon.
Year 2007
ln, the year 2007 M/s. Loam Realtors Pvt. Ltd. (erst-while Logical Buildwell) acquired 73.38% shares of Dehradun Tea Company Limited.
Year 2009
On 2nd February 2009, the name of the Company was changed from Dehradun Tea Company Limited to DTC India Limited.
Year 2016
On 17th September 2016, the Registered Office of the Company was shifted from Dehradun to Delhi and the Corporate Office was made at Dehradun.
